This kit is the product of extensive testing of tollerances and tensions by the gunsmiths at Ignition Custom Engineering.
Designed for easy DIY install. Instructions provided.

Available for 12g and .410 model of Adler A110 lever action.

Adler A110 slick kit

After opening the packaging I noticed the springs in the kit were rusty, it was only surface rust which I cleaned up with inox & a brass brush. The slick kit once installed in my Adler made an unbelievable difference to the action. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another kit or any other product's for my next Adler project. Cheers Marshy

A110 Slick Kit delivers on it's promise
By: Ben on 27 June 2022The Adler A110 slick kit is the bees knees, this has turned my Adler from a rough and clunky (and let's be honest, the Adlers are cheap for a reason) shotgun in to a smooth cycling and much quicker action beast that's a lot more fun to use. The kit was easy enough to install, the instructions are clear and precise, but you will need a small level of 'hands on' ability to fit it, but if you've ever replaced a carburettor in a chainsaw it's about that level of difficulty, it took about 40 minutes to install and that included some minor buffing of the rough edges inside. My Adler is a front seat / quad bike firearm, it gets bounced around a fair bit so I opted to not install the included (free) trigger spring just in case, but it's a nice addition to the kit none the less. All in all I would say it's a 'must have', I hated my Adler for it's hard and rough action, but loved it for it's price, add another 100 bucks or so and now I have the best of both worlds, thank you ICEng!

Fiddly but not too difficult
By: Nick van Holst Pellekaan on 12 January 2022Installed on my Adler and worth every moment. The thing is so much "Slicker". The packet of springs certainly looks underwhelming (looks bigger in your website images), but the impact on my shotgun is the opposite. Can't recommend it enough!

Great product and service

I’m handy with the tools and installed it myself in roughly a hour from start to finish, after doing that one I reckon the next one would be 1/2hr? If you’re not competent get your gunsmith to install it. It makes a MASSIVE difference, night and day change from a heavy, heavy lever that took excessive energy to use to a ONE FINGER lever gun…….no brainer
