Terms of Use

Some items may be on back order and be subject to delays. Please confirm lead time before payment if this is a concern.

Once invoice is prepared, payment is due immediately (or as otherwise indicated by us) unless arranged prior.  Firearms and/or parts not collected within 14 days of notification of completion may incur a storage fee of $5 per day. All parts supplied for use remain our property until paid for in full by you. Firearms and/or parts not collected within a reasonable time frame will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion, unless prior arrangements are made with us and confirmed in writing.

Orders and pre-orders over a certain value may incur a non-refundable deposit.

Invoices may be paid in instalments before the due date or as arranged prior and confirmed in writing.

Lead time for services/work is usually four weeks from the date of all components arriving at our workshop. Please be aware some components (particularly those imported from overseas) can have a lead time of several months. Imported goods may be subject to additional delays in customs which is beyond our control.

Any written correspondence is confidential and will not be distributed without consent except where required by law.
