Impala Straightpull Charging Handle

Wow what an easy company to deal with. I purchased the impala handle to give it a better look, feel and ease of cycling the shottie. The fist Handle didn't fit and needed modification. I called Ignition and they were more than happy to help and sent me out another modified handle which was requested by another impala owner. After receiving the second handle again no joy. I got on the phone to Ignition once again and I was put through to Nik who redesigned it over the phone as I was giving him the dimension from my original pull handle. 10 minutes later I had a cad drawing in my inbox and from there they modified a 3rd handle. With some slight honing on the mounting block so it would fit snugly into the slot and re-bluing the honed mount it fit in perfectly and cycled the bolt without an issue. Ignition Custom Engineering were accommodating considering the different types of impala straight pulls out there. What a fantastic company and I highly recommend them.
