These semi-finished picatinny rail blanks are precision machined from 6061 aluminium billet to MIL-STD-1913 / STANAG 4694 NATO spec on the top half, with 25mm of unfinished base material ready for your custom project.

Every rail blank we sell is machined at our South Australian workshop . These are not imported, not resold, not outsourced. We control the material, the machining, and the quality at every step.

What finish does the rail come in?
Rails are supplied in raw aluminium finish as standard. Cerakote or Anodising is available as an add-on - contact us for pricing.

Can the design be modified or customised?

Can you make rails in steel or other materials?
Yes. Aluminium is the most popular choice due to its excellent balance of lightweight strength. Material options beyond 6061 aluminium are available and pricing will vary. Contact us to discuss your project.

What tolerance does the rail machine to?
The top section is precision machined to MIL-STD-1913 / STANAG 4694 NATO standards and guaranteed to fit standard dimension picatinny accessories.

Do you have screws and mounting hardware available?
