The MANAEL Tikka Switch Lug lets you swap barrels on your Tikka T3, T3x, or T3 CTR without a trip to the gunsmith. One M5 Allen key is all you need in the field: loosen the lug, unscrew your barrel, screw in the new one, tighten up. Done.

Designed for competition shooters and hunters who need one rifle to do more than one job. You may be switching between a lightweight hunting barrel one season and a match-grade barrel the next, or keeping a spare barrel in the bag for a different calibre. Each barrel requires a one-time gunsmith fit, but once that's done, using the MANAEL Switch Lug, changes are fast, repeatable, and consistent.

In our experience as gunsmiths working with switch barrel systems for over 10 years, most installations torque to 16 inch-pounds but always confirm the optimum setting with your gunsmith, specific to your rifle build and chamber.

Zero repeatability

When paired with a quality chamber job and properly fitted barrel tenon thread, zero returns consistently after each barrel change within 1 MOA. Minor scope clock adjustment may be needed between barrels. For the best results, consult with your gunsmith to confirm barrel thread fit, chassis or stock fitment, and action screw torque settings are all optimised as part of the initial fit.
