These are genuine MANAEL-made Picatinny scope rails for the Lithgow Arms LA101 bolt-action rifle – but from older production runs, hence they're being cleared out.

What's the difference between Legacy Stye Rails and the latest models?

Very little! In fact, most people wouldn't even notice the difference. Both the Legacy style and latest model feature the same visual design and extended length.

The change is all underneath in the ejection port inletting. While the new models are universal (meaning they work with left and right hand ejection rifles), the Legacy style is inletted to suit either a left hand or right handed Lithgow. 

These Legacy style rails are not part of the current production line, but all your key benefits still apply:
