International Shipping 

 

Does Ignition Custom Engineering ship Internationally or outside of Australia

Yes, most parts can be shipped internationally. 

We can ship most parts direct to consumers of USA and NZ. Other countries may require an export permit which takes 2-10 weeks to process. 

International customers may need to supply a copy of a license (or other evidence of residency). You will need to confirm any import requirements.

International orders are sent via Australia Post unless otherwise requested and take 1-3 weeks with tracking.

Items will be dispatched 1-3 days of the order unless otherwise indicated by export permit.

Please contact us and we can quote up shipping and lead times specific for your region.

 

Shipping within Australia

When will my item ship?


Orders are packed & collected by the courier Tuesday to Friday. Shipping processing time is 1 – 3 days.

You will receive a tracking number via email shortly after your order is packed for shipping.

What does Custom order / Back order mean and when will my item arrive?

If you added something to cart which was shown as "Custom Order/Back Order or Pre-Order", this item is not currently on the shelf.

This means we have more arriving soon and incoming stock has been allocated to you.  Your parts will be shipped out as soon as they arrive/are ready to ship. Lead times for backorder or pre orders are displayed on the product listing.

If you have any questions about lead times, just give us a call or shoot us an email before raising the order. 

 

What shipping method do you use? Can I send to PO Box or Parcel Collect locker? 

Orders with Standard and Express Shipping options are processed by Australia Post.  And Yes, we can ship these to a PO box (unless its a serialized part then it must go to a licensed dealer).

If you select a different shipping method (eg; courier, TNT/FedEX, Allied Express) then you will need to provide a physical delivery address as other couriers may not deliver to a PO Box.

 

How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping - 4-10 days (most areas of Australia). NT and WA can take a few days longer

Priority / Express - 1-4 days (most areas of Australia). NT and WA can take up to 8 days

 

Do you offer Express Shipping or a Priority Service?

You bet! We want you get your hands on this awesome gear as much as you do, so we offer a priority service. Just select the Priority/Express option at checkout.


How much does shipping cost?

A shipping estimate calculator is provided on product pages. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Collection from our workshop during business hours is at no cost. Please note you will need to make an appointment to collect as our workshop is open to the public by appointment only.

Some special orders/international orders may have additional shipping fees which will be confirmed by us before order is paid.

International shipping customers please contact us for a quote.

My order hasn't arrived yet

We can investigate this with Australia Post or the relevant courier to find out where it is.

But please note, Australia Post will only take action after the estimated shipping time has passed.

It can take several days to achieve a resolution with Australia Post. But our team will keep you posted.

We are not responsible for damage or losses which may occur during transit. This includes parcels which are marked as delivered. Parcels can be insured for an additional cost. Please contact us before completing your order if you wish for a quote.
